Hi all
I found myself sitting on the couch the other night.. procrastinating about getting up and going to bed, so I scrolled through some Instagram photos…. just to prolong getting up a little longer.
Anway, I am not an Instagram guru (still working out how to use it properly) and I stumbled across “#abschallenge” and got so excited. So many motivating photos and Ab routines! So… I drew up an AB Routine for June, & I used some of my own photos to inspire myself and stay motivated.
I’m going to do it. Want to do it with me?
I figure, that it will help the month of June pass faster. June, is of course, the first month of Winter. YUCK! So, if I use this challenge to get through June. Then do up a Butt Challenge for July, and a Cardio Challenge for August, I’ll be looking mighty fine, and bikini ready, for the start of Spring in September. 🙂
It’s a super plan! And it’s not too late to start.
Print it out, add some of your own photos if you need, stick it up beside your bed, and tick off the days as you go.
Have fun! And I hope your Abs, and mine, are feeling super strong on June 30.
