Hi everyone,
I have been wanting to post some more workouts for awhile now….. but have been a little nervous with the images/video/etc of myself….. (that old “I wish I was prettier elephant”)
However, as you know, I am a big believer in saying HELLO to elephants, so to really embrace this elephant I am just going to do it, put my picture’s and video’s out there!
Also, my desire to share health, exercise, longevity and endorphin release, through pushing your comfort zones, is far greater than that silly little elephant anyway! hehehe!
So, anyway, I have just started instructing HIIT classes/session/challenges at our local Anytime Fitness (Keperra QLD). It feels so good to be working out, laughing, crying, gasping, & sweating with people again! There really is an ‘energy’ in a group session that you just cant explain. I love it. The plan is to post up some of the challenges and workouts I will be giving my ‘fellow sweaters’, so that if they miss a session, they can do the challenge themselves, whenever they get a chance.
It is also a good opportunity for YOU, to have a ‘play’ with me, if you cant get to any of my sessions.
So, here is the 550 Rep Challenge Workout we did last Saturday. I found this workout years ago, and I’m pretty sure I have modified slightly, over the years ….. not sure what the original was like anymore, but, it’s one of my favourites. I hope you like it too!!! Give it a go. Write down your time, and then try this challenge again in a couple of months!! and remember…. ENJOY the challenge!! key word = Enjoy!
