8 Week Online Training Challenge (8 weeks) Cost $80
This challenge involves 3 x resistance home workouts per week, and a weekly topic to discuss and explore. The Challenge is designed to build strength in our physical bodies, and to deepen our knowledge on nutrition and positive mindsets. It is our signature course, and is only delivered 3 x year. You receive a workbook, and access to the training videos for an additional 4 weeks after the challenge. The topics discussed also include live q&a’s so that you can really fine tune your well-being knowledge to ensure you continue to move and eat well long after the challenge is finished
Diet Plan (with 4 weeks support) Cost $60
The best way to ensure that you are on track to meet your body goals is to set measurable targets that are SPECIFIC FOR YOU!!. In this option we calculate your ideal calories and macros for you to log and track, making this a very personalised plan for you and your body.
You will receive two days worth of food options and menu plans to get you started. For the 4 weeks you are encouraged to contact as often as you like (unlimited), with questions, check-ins, food options, and of course, I will ALWAYS love receiving food photos! I will also get you to send me you weekly summaries of your calories and macros, so that we can fine tune what is, and isn’t, working for you, so that after the 4 weeks you have a diet plan that works specifically for you.

Pantry Overhaul (includes a One Week Menu Guide) Allow 3 hrs Cost $220
Let’s get in to that pantry and see what we’ve got. Sometimes all we need is set of fresh eyes to look over the foods we are currently eating and get some new ideas and inspo. Together we can assess the foods you have, discuss why they are great or…not so great, and come up with a super clean, healthy menu plan, for the week, using what you have and what is relevant to your lifestyle.
Grocery Shopping Shake-Up (includes a One Week Menu Guide) Allow 2 hrs Cost $180
Let’s go shopping together. 🙂 You, me and the trolley. We will meet for a Green Tea or coffee first, to discuss menu plan and shopping list, then… in we go! It is so easy to get stuck in a shopping rut, not really knowing , or having time, to look at different food options – having someone with you to show you how to check labels and bounce menu ideas off, is all you need to kickstart a healthier eating lifestyle.
Group Cooking Classes (8 – 10 people) Allow 3hrs Cost $95
These classes change lives. In these classes you get to watch me prepare at least 3 breakfast options, 3 lunch options, 3 dinner options and 6 snack options. Not only do you get to watch how quick and easy they are to prepare and cook, but you also get to taste sample ALL of them. That way, you know if it is worth adding to your menu plan or not. No risks. These classes are primarily designed for the “non-cooks” or the time poor. They are not gourmet classes, or for those who LOVE cooking, they are for those who want to lose weight, get leaner, feel healthier, and not be a slave to the kitchen.
